Personalkindcrea provides professional wardrobe consultation services. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and service modifications for our consultation packages.

Service Nature

Please note that our services consist of professional consultations, styling advice, and personalized recommendations. We do not sell physical products, and our services are provided through in-person or virtual sessions. As such, traditional "return" policies do not apply in the conventional sense.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel or reschedule their consultation appointments subject to the following terms:

  • More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling to a new date and time
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or rescheduling with a $25 rescheduling fee
  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund, but rescheduling may be available with a $50 rescheduling fee
  • No-show: No refund will be provided

In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:

  • Provide you with as much advance notice as possible
  • Offer a full refund or reschedule your appointment at no additional cost
  • Work with you to find a convenient alternative time

Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • Cancellation made 24-48 hours before the scheduled appointment (50% refund)
  • Service cancellation by Personalkindcrea
  • Documented service quality issues that we are unable to resolve

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days
  • Digital payment refunds (PayPal, Venmo): 3-5 business days

Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed consultation sessions
  • Services cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment
  • No-show appointments
  • Gift certificates (unless required by law)
  • Any additional services or add-ons that have been fully delivered

Service Modifications

If you wish to modify your consultation package (e.g., upgrade to a higher-tier package, add additional services), please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. We will work with you to accommodate your request, and any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates for our consultation services are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. If a gift certificate expires before use, we may, at our discretion, extend the validity period upon request.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your consultation experience, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns and may offer:

  • A complimentary follow-up session
  • Additional style guidance and support
  • In exceptional circumstances, a partial or full refund at our discretion

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may have rights under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule services or provide appropriate accommodations.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. The policy that applies to your booking is the one in effect at the time of your purchase. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
